More and more of our people have got fed up. The figures:
right after 11/9:
37,7% thought american international politics had positive effects for Norway.
20,3% thought not.
29,9% didn't know what to say.
now:
24,3%thought american international politics had positive effects for Norway.
49,9%thought not.
11,7% didn't know what to say.
Why? isn't that obvious?
Just to mention a few keywords...
Afghanistan, Israel/Palestine, Kyoto, Iraq,autonomity.

Personaly I think Bush played an important hand in the recent raise in anit-americanism. Since his administration shows no signs of changing its colision course with the rest of the internation community I think there is more to come.

Opinion in the UK is changing against Bush, but it is painfully slow. The UK as a whole are against the war on Iraq, but Blair has recenty announced that British forces will be there when the shooting starts. Bastard!

This is good,The war on Iraq started this up,but the earth summit put the icing on the cake.
Bush's appsence from the earth summit was a display of ignorance.

But the people will forget that he pissed in the face of democracy by the time the next election comes around. The people of England have a very short collective memory.
It is time to change our political system, it has been proved over and over that it is too easy for the prime minister to abuse it. The media need a good kicking as well, instead of them slavishly throwing their weigt and influence behind a party, there needs to be a return to journalistic independance and impartiality.
Ultimately, the tabloids choose our leaders for us by manipulating the masses with their selective truth telling and bias. Our leadership is chosen by the few who own these papers, not the people.
