I have recently finished the book "I, Che Guevara" and found it rather interesting. Has anyone else around here read it?

I never heard of the book,... what is it about.. and who wrote it?

Yeah I read it myself. The plot's slightly ridiculous but it was intriguing enough to keep me reading. The premise goes a little something like this:
Che somehow escaped his alleged asssasination on Bolivia, and now aged in his early 60&#39;s, he wanders around the Sierrra Maestra preaching a new kind of ideology- one that doesn&#39;t involve taking up arms. Things get kinda rough for him when Fidel resigns (yeah right&#33;) and 2 political parties with their own agendas try to battle it out in democratic elections <_<

Hmmm, could even be true if there wasn&#39;t photographic evidence that he was killed and his remains were found in 1997&#33; I&#39;ve read The Motorcycle Diaries and have nearly finished reading &#39;Back On The Road&#39;.

The &#39;I, Claudius; reference is off putting enough of its own. Not because that&#39;s a bad book, it&#39;s just this kind of prosaic ironising is so iritating.

I come from china,find out this wed all because of che.guevara .I am che&#39;s fans I know little about him than mao . :ph34r: but I know che is a perfection none of any nud .
I hate I am not his comrade in arms.bolivia peasant can&#39;t understand che like
