Graphics idea

I've seen many doctored pictures of the new pope I've thought of one myself but as I know nothing about graphics I need somone to do it for me. The idea is to have a picture of the pope with Roland Rat (remember him?) head super imposed on it. At the Top the words Cardinal Roland Ratzinger and at the bottom in that typical Roland Rat way the qoute ''I've been made pope........ YEEAAHH'' please someone attempt this I think it would be hysterical
