Hello, I suppose I ought to introduce myself a bit. I'm here mainly 'cause someone in a Model Parliament game keeps making references to this place and I, as leader of the largest Socialist Party, thought I'd check it out.

I feel a bit odd now that I actually find people to left of me.

Anyway, my PC scores are around: Economic: -8.88 to -7.88; Social: -9.12 to -8.50. I'm not, however, a Marxist, as I believe the only thing he got right was that history can be viewed a series of class struggles; the rest I think is pretty much bull.

If there is anything else you want to know about me just post and ask. ;)

Is it possible to an anarchist who favours a welfare state ;). Nah, I've got to much of a liking for real politik to embrace any ideology wholely.

Reformism constitutes real politik? Jeeze, that's pretty pie-in-the-sky, if you ask me.

In any case, now, I'm not a Marxist myself, but, before we throw the baby out with the bath water, what do you make of Labour Theory of Value?

As for LTV, do you mean the actual concept, or how Marx used it to prove that capitalism was exploitive in nature.
