I am about to release a tribute album to the 80's left wing band the Redskins.
Anyway I am having a few problems with the artwork. I want to use the picture below on the front cover but the quality needs to be improved to 300dpi. So is there anyway I can alter the picture to improve the quality? I no longer have the original photo or any decent art programs on my pc.
