Criteria:

There cannot be a ruling cast.

Everyone has to have the same type of job.

Everyone has to be given food/water/supplies/meds equally.

There cannot be profit for companies, since that would make a ruling cast of people with an unequal amount on money.

There cannot be laws, since no one has the right to inforce them since everyone is equal and rules themselves. (have a fun time explaining how everyone is gonna share equally with that one)
