OK,how can it be that USA goverment won't sign responsibility to International Criminal Court?!
What,USA dont want to be judged about Korea,Vietnam...(list is realy long).
What if Europe say,"OK,USA wan't sign, lets bomb them like they did to everyone else"....
When I mean Europe that is without UK!

There is no government in Europe who is courageous enough to confront with the u.s.
A good example is the kyoto protocol: the u.s. government have ratified it but u.s. don't implement it and no one in Europe criticize this decision.
Same thing will happen with ICC.
One of the craziest things is that the ICC would not be retro-active. That means the US could not be held responsible for acts like Vietnam or Korea.
The scary thing is that the US believes that they will commit acts in the future that could be tried by the ICC. That is what they are trying to avoid. The US is fighting this war on terrorism and that means there will be criminal acts committed by the US and the US won't have the ICC judging them.
I believe this to be a bold move by the US to say fuck you to the world, we are better than you.

u don't mean this serious, do u?
1)eu is not usa.we're not so primitive and solve such problems by bombing someone.
2)this would be a nuclear war.Millions of people will die, more in europe becasue the continent is much more denslier populated than the us.
3)
