There was an old live album released recently. Interpunk has it for 9.75 if you live in the US.

I am having a few problems with the artwork for the Redskins tribute. I want to use the picture below on the front cover but the quality needs to be improved to 300dpi. So is there anyway I can alter the picture to improve the quality? I no longer have the original photo or any decent art programs on my pc.
