I was just wondering, what do you think will happen to Cuba when Fidel dies...? Will it be a playgarden again? (don't get me wrong, ofcourse I'm hoping he'll live for a very very very long time)

If Fidel dies (and it will be a very big thing; i sure hope he lives to be passed 90 though haha) his ruthless brother Raul will probably take over...at the Fifth Communist Party Congress, Castra never gave any hint of resigning except that he indicated that Raul would be his most capable successor. Personally, I don't know but all I have to say is: VIVA FIDEL!!

I hope a other goverment take place in cuba. Fidel is an tyran. He have lost all of his idees of the revolution. Cuba is a poor land , he hadn't work better than other dictatores.
But I think the USA have a big part of foult, that cuba is one of the poorest lands around the world. For example the embargo.

That's right Cuba is some kind of poor, but only because of the pressure it's put under by america. Although they are poor there is no one poorer or richer than another because of the equality. So if america ran the blockades and cuba was allowed to trade with other countrys, they wouldn't be as poor as they are now.
I think it's good that Fidel's still protecting Cuba from the U.S world domination.

Well unfortunately, I think that the US government will take action, but I do think that Cuba will be able to hold them off. I would hope for a fair election after Fidel dies, and I mean fair by no rigging from the Cubans or from the CIA. I hope that he doesn't die for a while, from what I hear he is in good health.

i have heard alot of people say that when fidel dos die the u.s. will try and take over cuba. i was just wondering where did thay hear this from?

if the weiner knows whats good for him he will open trade with america..you need to use the country then cut them off. or else cuba is going to get taken over..do we truley know if cubans want a socialist govt.? or like free enterprise..they will turn capitalist like china..or else they will be invaded :(
