The sad face was because I wrote this a couple of days ago and it didn't come up so i had to write it again.
Info ummm who do you think made the russian revolution happen and I don't just mean the October I mean February and the 1905 one. Also if you don't hink it was any particular person was it a group? and why you have this opinion?

The people make the revolution happen. Unfortunetly, the Russian one consisted of mostly peasants and intellectuals...the working class didn't really rise up because...well...there almost was none (5-10% of the population I think?

Meanwhile, your question poses problems.

Real popular uprisings (1905 and February 1917) are usually spontaneous...a product of material conditions rather than the "will" of a small group of revolutionaries.

On the other hand, it may be fairly said that October of 1917 was "made" by the Bolsheviks...but was that a revolution or a coup?

You'll find a lot of argument on that at this board.

I'd say it was a revolution, as it was caried out by the people, they were led by the bolshevics yes, but it was the people that actually caried out the revolution.
