Cease-Fire In Sudan

I just heard on the news that the geurrillas in southern Sudan and the government forces have agreed to a cease fire. Air-drops of food will as a result continue to the starved regions of the south which the geurrillas represent. There also plans to hold a referrendum on the matter of independance for the christian majority of southern Sudan, and there is apparently little ill will between people on opposite sides of the conflict. They just seem to be happy to have peace.

Anyone else hear about this?
