I have a question about Fascism. I know basically what its about I just have a question about racism and fascism. Are they linked? Or is that only Nazism? Can a fascist only want a dictator or tyrant but not be racist or an anti-semite?

i dont see why not. but in a fascism there are no democratic rights, so people could just discriminate freely. so theres rascism in fascism wether its governement policy or not.

Nazism is the only form of fascism directly tied to rascism, although there is little to stop rascism from developing in a fascist nation of its own accord.... Basically, fascism is a sort of beserk nationalism that centers around excessive pride in national identity, a tendancy towards military might, overly harsh and restrictive laws and judical proceedings, and a unity brought about by a charismatic leader and the threat of "The Other." The Other is whoever isnt part of the fascist unity, another nation, and ethnic group, or a religous or political view point. Naturally, this villification and creation of an enemy to unite the group can easiclly lead to rascism, but Nazism is the only fascist philosophy which explicitly adopts rascist views. Does the villification and creation of The Other in fascist practice constitiute fundemental rascism? Maybe..... figure it out for yourself.

Racism quickly blossoms from Fascism, thought they are not directly linked, like BGAE said.

Fascism is usually assisted by racism.

Fascism is assisted by racism the same way that any other system of power is assisted by racism. There have been plenty of societies through history that made use of racism but were not fascist: India (the caste system is a racist system) and the 19th century US South are examples.
Fascism is the organization of national economy through corporations. Report to work, obey the rules, and in return for your freedom and your labor, you get rewards that can be revoked at the discretion of the employer. Ultimately, fascism corporatizes small business, too, so that small business owners become little more than managers.
Race, if it is used in this structure, works to undermine resistence to corporate rule. If race is not used, some other enemy will be found.

Facism doesn't have to be racist, i beleive. You can think all men are equal but class women as inferior, and still be facist.
