My dad got a job in D.C. in the state dept. and im moving there soon anyone here know of any local communist/socialist places to hang out at or what not in the D.C. area. by the way im pissed that we are moving there. so please help a comrade out and point me in the right direction. thanks. :)

Im going to DC in about a month, and FL does have some pretty cool people I know. There are a few marxist friends of mine down in Jax.

I would not move there. That would be the number one place in the world that Al Qaeda and other terrorist organization seek to destroy. It should be destroyed but not while innocent people are living there.

yeah but my dad wouldnt do that he's almost 50 and he has grown up think that right wing america is the only way to go but when im a little older im fucking leaveing this country and not going to look back

While you're in DC though, you should take in the Smithsonian Natural History museum. It's incredible.

Yeah when I was up there seeing my dad on spring break I really wanted to see it, but didnt get a chance [I love history]
