Is someone playing tricks on me? I know I posted a thread on memory improvement. Did you think I would forget that? Where did my post go? It's not showing up when I search for all my posts. Anyway, let me write it all over again.
Ok, I want to know if any of you know any ways that I could improve my memory. I tend to forget details of things, even after I just read them. I made a science project on short-term memory in elementary school, but ironically, I forgot the tests and results of that experiment. Anyway, what's that herbal thing they say improves memory? Ginko, or ginseng, or whatever it's called. Does that really work?
Also, does trying to digest too much info simultaneously affect memory? For example, I'm reading 5 or 6 of my own books right now, along with 2 textbooks for school. Not only that, 3 books I ordered last week just got here today, so I'll probably look through those as well. Should I slow down, and concentrate on just 1 or 2 books, or does it matter? I appreciate your help.
