Wonderful Gulag you guys got here for all the anti-communists. Wonderful. You were just talking how no one would be persecuted under true communism, and here we are at a site ran by communists, who I would figure would run things to the right standards, and next thing you know, we're being forced into a little area, away from the busy areas of the board, to post and talk. A gulag of sorts. Thank you all very much and a merry, well, I have the restraint to hold off on that stream of obscenities.

We were actually considering renaming this section as The Gulag.
The reason you are restricted is because nearly all the threads in here are arguing the merits of communism/capitalism, and quite frankly we have other things to talk about.

Trust me... you don't have to be "anti-communist" and "pro-capitalism" to be here... or "anything" else for that matter!

In other words, this is just like Stalinism. Purge everyone. :(

This is not a country. This is a forum in which you voluntarily chose to participate in, with full knowledge of the rules.
If you wanted to play soccer in the middle of my basketball game, I'd tell you to fuck off. It's not authoritarian - it's sensible. Here is the forum for yr soccer game.

But this is a communist site. I am defying no ones freedom of speech. If Communism truly respects freedom, why am I supressed?

A "site" cannot be communist. This is a message board. Communism applies to a socio-economic situation. We have no economic situation and thus are lacking one of the primary things that makes something communist. Furthermore, this site is a portion of class society. The internet in itself is filled with people of all different classes, this board itself is filled with people of all different classes. Communism does not and cannot exist so long as there are classes. Thus as much as the topic of this board may be communism, the board itself is not communist. Sorry to burst your bubble.

There's a big-ass sticky at the top of the page that reads: "Do not make posts about restrictions." Are you fucking blind?
