no, corporate communism is where the state own all companies and regulates them itself, this is useful as all profit made can be put back into vital services like the nhs and the police services, or allow for the reduction or elimination of some taxes

if there is no taxes, how is the state gonna be able to finance everything? Money and resources dont just jump out when we achieve socialism.
Marx and Engels suggested the government should have strong financial power, so that it is capable produce and distribute resources according to need. (for the first stage of socialism, of course.)

think of how much the capita of every single company in a country is, if the state owns all those companies the state gets all the capita from them
