"Histeria", it was a saturday morning cartoon show that spoke of historical events, that was the russian revolution episode. It was a rather funny show actually.

How old is this cartoon and do they ever show it anymore? It looks familiar to me, or at least the style of drawing does but I'm not sure if I've seen it before.
