I have several questions. First of all, where -on the web- is a good site on BioChemistry? Secondly, in a molocule(Histidine for example) what does the hexagon mean in the Lewis structure? And in other molocules, what is the circle within a hexagon mean?

Google biochemistry + introduction.
I found this one...

I can't answer your other question; all I know is that when such lines are drawn, they indicate a co-valent chemical bond (often more than one).

They are called cyclic molecular rings that consist of 3 or more bonded atoms.
And in other molocules, what is the circle within a hexagon mean?
Delocalised Pi bonding electrons.

A hexagon means 6 carbon atoms in a ring. By itself, cyclohexane. Similarly for other polygons - number of corners equals number of carbons. Or with a crooked line.
The circle means it's a benzene ring - represents the electrons constantly circulating around the ring.
These questions sound more like the stuff covered in Organic Chemistry.
