Why in this left forum in the description of the user it said only masculin sustantives???

Probably because it's not technically possible to have two sets of "automatic" member titles.
Women can have their title manually changed to the feminine ending on request...and quite a few have.

Some people, like yourselves are under the ILLUSION that changing words is going to change sexism.

I would prefer that everyone had gender-neutral subtitles, but as people have mentioned some people assume that everyone on the internet / in activism is male. That is lame, and untrue, and needs to be combatted. In addition, as the defaults are specifically male , I would rather not play into the "male varient as gender nuetral" trap.
