making a motion avatar?

Anyone wanna show me how to make a motion avatar? I want to make one of Sade, but I don't know how. One like the one at the bottom of this post, but smaller (cuz I can't use it here) with newer pictures...

EDIT: if you haven't noticed yet, I accidently cut it and lost the original...yes I know...I'm a moron :P
