has any one read Fahrenheit 451? iv herd it was a good book but any opinions would be nice

Haha, when I first read the title for this I was like "Farenheit 451? What the fuck is that?". I am so used to F 9/11 now.

But anyways, yeah, I read it. It was cool but I hated the ending. Actually, I don't exactly remember what happens but I do remember putting the book down and being confused.

I've read it, it was a decent book. I mean the moral of the story, at least to me was that a strictly authoritarian police state can't function.

But it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out.

They made a movie too, in the 1960s I think, it was on tv once. It so horribly made that I couldn't watch it

The story was good. I think it was somewhat horribly written, but I'd check it out.

I thought it was a great book...

The movie is horrible, i laughed the entire way because it was so bad...

There is another movie which uses similar themes found in Farenheit 451, along with other ideas found in books such as Brave New World and 1984. Its called Equilibrium...
