Well, I just watched El Che earlier today at school. I had a couple of hours before class, so I went to the library and they had a copy of this documentary, so I went to the viewing room and watched it. It's a very good documentary with plenty of footage of Che, as well as interviews with people who knew him, including Fidel Castro. If anyone hasn't yet seen this documentary, I highly recommend it. It's available at Best Buy:

It's OK... I wouldn't call it great. I have a copy myself. If I'm not mistaken they interview Benito (if I recall his name correctly) about what he was like and stuff... well that just lowers it from being "great" right there... that weasly son of a *****.

Yeah, I totally screwed up his name last night. I was pretty tired when I posted that. Now that I think about it I'm not even sure it was that documentary he was in. Anyway, the name I was searching for was Beningo.

I'm not sure if this one is the same documentary I watched in Spanish class ( cus my teacher loves me :D ) but if it is, it is really cool. But only because it's the only documentary I've ever seen with actual fighting footage and Che giving speeches and stuff. They interview this one guy who accompanied Che in Bolivia (I think), maybe it's the benito or whatever guy NG mentions?

We watched that docu in my Latin American History class and it was pretty good, most people there hadn't heard of Che.

wow...it's amazing that ppl can study Latin American history w/o knowing who Che was...

It's like studying Jamaica without Bob Marley....

As I corrected myself before, it's Beningo (I was very tired the night I came in and posted Benito)... I was just thinking "Ben" and that was the first name that came to mine. To my understanding Beningo lied about being in Bolivia with Che. This is why I was calling him a weasley son of a *****. All he does is make up whatever will get him decent money as a story... "I'll tell you bout Che, stuff you can't get anywhere else for $200"...too bad it's FALSE.
