i think system of a down is a really great band!!it has many influences from other instruments...its great!!they're different from other bands and for me there is no stupid song!

yea I think the grandperents were driven out of turkey in WW1 or something so thats where those other influences come from.

SOAD is awesome. They put on a really good live show too.
I first got into them about 7 years ago or so when I first heard the song "War?".

They are 'originally' Armnenian. The Turkish conection is that Turkey commited genocide in at about that time Armenia killing about 1.5 million people, which they are quite rightly pissed off about.

They're stuff before the angles deserve to die cd is great. Sugar or whatever is one of my favorite songs of theirs. And some of their other stuff is annoying.

Steal this album had a cover, now i feel wired i got the one that was just the CD no cover to it, and it was straight up bought from the store.
