The founding of a party with Socialist/Communist ideals centered around the workers.

A first step would be uniting existing unions. Then you'd need some democratic system to implement leaders of the union that everyone could listen to.

Uhhmm...maybe a name change would be inorder...because it sounds like a fascist party. National British Party, National Socialist Workers Party, just sounds too similar. Plus you are working off of Nationalities

You're right, it is definitely too reminiscent of fascist parties. I did forget to mention that I'm talking about the United States specifically. But the idea would be to found a working class party (even know the democratic party at one time represented that). I am fairly tired at the moment and I am flat out of witty ideas, so any good names would be very nice. I'll so some research right now as to legalities of forming a party on a local level.
