What is Communist Anarchism? (http://dwardmac.pitzer.edu/Anarchist_Archives/bright/berkman/comanarchism/whatis_toc.html) is a very good start to learn about Anarchist communist ideas. It is basic and easy to read.

The "founders" of modern anarchism is best given to Mikhail Bakunin who helped develop the idea in opposition to Marxism during the first international. The "founder" of anarchist communism is probably Peter Kropotkin who wrote many books and essays about it.

Peter Kropotkin's essay's were my into to communism through anarchy, it's a lot of what got me here. I'd look them up if you have the time.

ABC of Anarchism by Alexander Berkman is a good intro. However, I cant think of a better one than the Anarchist FAQ (http://flag.blackened.net/sai/faq)
