Yeah, I read this article back in November. I wrote a review of The Motorcycle Diaries for my English class. This is just another idiot criticizing Che. He talks about Cuba locking up dissidents, but does he say anything about the u$ funding groups in Cuba? Of course not.

The guy who wrote that article clearly has issues with the left-wing ideas of Che Guevara. I would say that guy is at the very right of the political too :blink: Something very surprising though is that he says that "hundred of thousands" of people died because of Che Guevara. I wonder how could he get such a number? How can Che have caused the death of so many people, because as far as I know he didn't take any part in any genocide and he never used any nuclear bombs did he??? Or maybe he simply doesn't remember that the US, along with the British and the French killed 50 million amerindians within 100 years, all without WMDs or gas chambers, or that the US used 2 nuclear bombs in Japan, killing many thousands of innocent civilians! Or maybe he doesn't want to recognize the fact that without the revolution in Cuba, there would have been even worst poverty and even more death, and that Cuba is the most educated country in the Carabeans and that it is the only country with socialised healthcare in the region, or one of the country with the best doctor:patient in the world?
