I've been trying to think up a good way for everyone to get ahold of the mp3s we want...So I decided to set this topic up where each person posts a list of MP3s they're searching for and if you have them, you send them to the person who wants them and if you need some if anyone has them they can send them to you...Its hard to explain...

Anyways, here's my list, if anyone has them could you please contact me on MSN or email them?

Outkast - Hey Ya
Jimmy Eat World - Salt, Sweat, Sugar
Placebo - Nancy Boy
X-Ray Spex - Oh Bondage! Up Yours!
Billy Bragg - New England
Siouxsie And The Banshees - Hong Kong Garden
The Adverts - Gary Gilmore's Eyes
John Cooper Clarke - Psycle Sluts
Generation X - Wild Youth

I think that's it...anyways, please respond with your lists, we might be able to help!

SOULSEEK (http://www.slsknet.org/) is the answer to any problem you might have finding music. I suggest everyone starts giving their usernames or something like that.

I can't get Soulseek because I have a mac, and I think the mac Limewire costs money...Anyways, thanks for all those links!

Oh, it appears X-Ray Spex and Siouxsie And The Banshee links aren't working...

And to the guy who wants "Take Me Out" I have a nice live version...if you want it contact me somehow and I'll send it.

Well all I can say is that I tested the links and now I've rechecked and downloaded the songs again and they still work for me and all I did was click on the link in my post.

I'd tend to attribute your problems to that toy computer that you are using.

But seriously I don't know what else to tell you I guess I could email them to you, did my other links work for you?

a really good way is DC++

its freeware, and its an awesome program, you can find it on most search engines,

it works similar to kazaa only better with a lot less fake files and spyware, primarily becuase people get kicked of the hubs when they are reported for faking files, or having spyware/warez programs, many hubs are no porn hubs ,

inside some hubs on DC++ there is 15-30 Terabytes of shared files,

I do not in any way condone the illegal transfer of © data.

Having said that I 60gb of data on my hard drive, which could theoretically be shared.

If I were to pirate music, games, software and film then I would use DC++ and/or bit torrent.

We have decided to close this thread because of the legal ramifications of MP3 sharing. We don't want it to have any effect on the board.
