WTF!?!? Everyone has an MP3 player? Am I the only poor idiot who doesn't? I only play them in my PC, which sucks since my speakers are truly awful. I have about 2700 MP3s in my HD. The portable ones are still a bit expensive here to me.
Frewheelin, Highway 61 revisited, Blonde on Blonde, Blood on the Tracks by Dylan
He, those are the same 4 albums I have here on MP3. Freewheelin' is overrated, the other 3 are great. Nice stuff you got there.

Only joking, I have more music than just RATM (I have System of a Down too! ;) -joke again-). I should be buying myself a Hard-Drive player once they go down in price a bit. I have written down a list of stuff that I will download to put on an MP3 player that started out as a few tracks, but now that list is about 6 or 7 pages long.
I hope they don't have a crackdown on illegal downloading. :P
WTF!?!? Everyone has an MP3 player?
Thats what I thought. Anyway, knowing my luck MP3 players where you are are probably cheaper than they are in Europe. The one that I want is £130 in the US compared to £170 in the UK <_< (no, I don't intend on spending that much).

I have like 300 albums on my PC like 3000 songs, the List is far too high to possibly state.
Just some of the bands I will place onto MP3 player, and I don't give a shit if some of them are pop-rock etc, Nu metal, blah blah blah... I didn't pay or buy most of it, so I don't give a shit if I happen to have one or two songs on my hard drive by them.

RATM have only one semi-mediocre album, I fail to see why people go on about them as if they were gods gift to music. Fact is they aren't, I can think of hundreds of bands who are better than RATM.

Does this mean all my music on my mp3 player? If so, I must concur almost word for word with Enigma.
Not sure how many albums I have though.

I have said some of the artists, leaving out quite a few, the ones I have on my media library, though thats only about 2/3 of what I have on my hard drive.

Do you download music?
Because that's an ass-load to have bought...
I buy all of my music, mostly for the quality. For my MP3 player, I settle for slightly compressed music, but for listening to at my house, I like full quality...

That's what I do as well. But it's a bad thing for my wallet!I buy 3 or 4 cd's per week(sometimes more, like 6,7 or 8)without thinking that i have to buy a black pair of (military maybe)boots.[The leather ones are so fucking expensive!]Anyway, the only mp3 I have are the songs I sometimes download from KazaaLite.A week ago I went to an internet cafe and paid 4euro for 8 bloody songs! So I just buy them.(you can also be proud of having the original cd's!)

I was taking the piss by only saying RATM, but only one mediocre album?
Are you out of your mind?
More like three fucking awesome albums of original material, and one pretty damn good album of covers. I can understand why people don't like them, and I agree there are thousands of bands out there better than them, but come on! They rock!

I admit nothing!
but only one mediocre album?
Yeah the first one, it has some good songs on it, like killing in the name. As for the other two, they are mearly shadows of the first albums, pittiful attempts to reach the standards set in the first one. The only songs which are any good are songs like Guerrila Radio and Bulls on Parade, the others are nothing special.
More like three fucking awesome albums of original material
No, the first album was origional, the other two were not, they were just attempts to reproduce the quality of some songs from the first album, and on the whole failed miserably.
I like bands which are consistantly origional, unfortunatly they are rare. The best for origionality at the moment is Manic Street Preachers who have 7 albums, if I were to give you the 1st, 3rd, 5th and seventh order you would be amazed at the change. None of them sound anything alike, the 1st album is a rock album pure and simple. The 3rd is a very dark rock album bordering on punk, the 5th is of the same kind of genre as bands like coldplay, travis, steriophonics etc. The 7th is a chill out album. Basically they sound nothing alike, and unless you knew the band I doubt many people would be able to tell that they are by the same band. Sadly RATM never reached that standard of diversity.

If I were a bad person and were to illegally download copywrite material I would use either DC++ or bit torrent. I would not use Kazaa because Kazaa is shite.
As to getting 3000 songs thats easy, I have about 100-150 artists, and I have on average about 2-3 albums (obviously it varies, I have everything feeder ever made, including rare live recordings, so thats like 7 albums and a shit load of other stuff) and I have some artists where I only have like 2 songs. But if they have 2-3 albums of each artists with say 10-12 songs per album, thats 30 songs on average per artist. So its quite easy to get 3000 songs, from just 80 artists. Never mind 150. I actually have great holes in my album collection.
