My friend reccomended this to me and I found it to be a pretty fun forum. One thing is missing though, there aren't enough commies on there, whenever i am arguing in the section Armchair Intellectuals I seem to have the most extreme views. So, I am recruiting like-minded people to take over! ;)
The site has an interesting system. It actually pays you to post, and if you post a lot you can buy a better membership status on the forum and if you really post a lot and people vote for your posts you can even get cash.
So check the forums out for yourself and if you sign up put that you were reccomended by King Royale. Also make sure to read the rules before posting.

I don't want to put a label on myself, but I do consider myself a leftist, and I will help balancing things out on that forum.
Thanks for the link

Hmm, I'm going to start a thread changelling their stance on Communism, they seem pretty naive on the subject, if anyone else registered, you're welcome to help!
I think I can dispell all their arguements with the high school commie's guide...

yeah, nobody on there seems to have even a rudimentary understanding of communism.

Hahaha, the replies are pathetic, one was so confusing it took me awhile to find a way to respond
There is absolutely no reason to prefer a socialist society to a capitalist, liberal social-democracy. A liberal democracy would pay better respect to individual rights while maintaining economic equality without sacrificing the market freedom that is required for the long-term survival of any economic system.
Let me ask you this: If a society were structured in such a way that it permitted inequality, but only when inequality benefitted the least well off, wouldn't that be superior in every way to communism? It would maximize wealth without allowing enormous inequalities that result from a completely free market. What advantage can communism offer over such a system?
