A question. Would there be some kind of administrative positions within a Communist society? I don't mean like a government, but more specific types of administration. Would a factory need people to assess production and weigh up the decisions for making production as efficient as possible? A smaller number of experts in a particular field doing certain administrative tasks would surely be better than everyone (even those who don't know anything about how it works) having a say.
