I’m writing an essay and I was looking for that quote of Marx whereby he writes about how people under capitalism individuals have no individuality that capital retains all individuality and that individuals can have individually only by proxy and marginally through capital.

You could always read the communist manifesto, it's not very big and doesnt take long.
A worthy read for sure, even if your not communist........ I LOVE COMMUNISM!
