I really wouldn't trust any of those groups you listed. The New Communist Party is Stalinist, the CPGB is pretty much inactive (as far as I am aware), and the CPB's Morning Star is just a joke - how can a communist party be associated with a paper who has Ken Livingston as a collumnist?
There are a few of us on this board from the Socialist Party though. ;)

What the hell is the USSN? It's another party... but it looks really... strange.
Take a look. (http://www.ussn.20m.com/)
There's also the Worker's Socialist Party, but they don't have a site all of the sudden.

A baby party at the moment, would be interesting to see the manifesto when it becomes available.
We are a relatively new party operating in the United kingdom with some links in Europe and
overseas in America. As a party we can be thought of as either communist or socialist in
principle, however our ideas we very different to what these ideals set out as their goals. We
believe that we cannot be classified as a "communist party" as it is to refined, we prefer to
think that our party is sufficiently different from other to be classified separately.
The basis for our beliefs we best described in our manifesto that will be available to
download through the file section of the website, however a brief outline of our beliefs
should be sufficient to give an idea of what we are tying to achieve.
The fundamental basis for our society revolves wound two main principles; firstly that our
ideals are based around a global communist state, as we can see that within a individual
country it cannot be sustained. Secondly that the way in which each country is operated
changes drastically in order to fit in with the "support" aspect of our proposed system, what
this indicates is that a banding together or all socialist parties is needed to start to spread the
influences of supports state system As a different culture tends to reject a host government we
believe that a "coup d'etat" system of influencing foreign ideals similar to oneself is the best
policy to achieve this. This replacement government can then be parented to the initial source,
in this case the U.S.S.N. The culture of each new state (country) can then be kept, but under the influence of a new government, in a system similar to the US state system.
Once the states are joined to a sufficient level a new governing body must be set up. A world
council of some sort with representatives going down to a local level would be the best way.
To begin with the government would have to be ruled as a dictatorship in order to bypass the
arguments associated with a new government Once the state was in place the council could
act as a democratic body with majority votes governing policy.
The states would be run in conjunction with each other; each state producing a crop or
produce suited to its climate, these would be produced in abundance as no other crop type
would be grown by that state. A mass producing system would be used and later automated
using robots and machinery. Each state would produce goods that would be used by every
other state. The council would decide which state was in most need of what goods, unless a
specific nation representative requests additional goods due to some state crisis. This system
in principle would produce enough goods to supply each other state. Each state would
produce the goods for free and would be supplied with needed goods for free. The abundance
of each material would hopefully eventually lead to a drop in hoarding as it would become
unnecessary.
A system similar to the ration system in W.W.II would be used with "tokens" being given for
hours worked. This is in exception of those unable to work for whatever reason, in which case
a tribunal would be used to determine the "level" at which the said person should receive benefits. This would hopefully lead to a drop in motivational working expected at the start of
the new government.
That is the basics of our proposed system, and additional information needed can be set by e-
mail or downloaded as our manifesto is updated. If you have any feelings on anything
discussed please contact us or post in the forums your suggestions or comments.
Deluded Leninists???
Very possibly. Though there is not enough info here to make a firm desicion. Possible utopian Socialists.

Cassius Clay, a former member here, was a member of the New Communist Party.
The USSN is unusual. It is a kind of utopian, global socialism with a centrally planned world economy.

I really love the brittish Aufheben-papers.

Are there any particular marxist group behind this paper? Or any marxist organisation with a close connection to Aufheben? If so, join them. ;)
And all: Buy Aufheben!
