Help Wanted:
On ebay I found a very interesting and as far as I can see it very unusual picture of Che Guevara., taken after his execution in 1967.

The story of the seller sounds convincing but can it be true?

I have no idea,man. You would need a photo specialist, or maybe someone from "the antiques roadshow", to tell you if that picture was real.
