Has anyone heard of a group called 'IRI' (Initiative de Résistance Internationaliste)? Apperantly, they planted explosives on an electrical tower which was sending power from Quebec to the US. They claimto be opposed to US global hegonomy or some such thing, but I haven't been able to find out anything about them.
