Who produces the wealth and who gains most from its production? In a pamphlet written 97 years ago, John Wheatley described an imaginary court case, with a coalmaster, a landowner and several others being charged with having conspired together and robbed an old miner, Dick McGonnagle.

Funny and smart.

Not a bad "piece" -- but a little simplistic, nay, dreadfully simplistic and rudimentary... refusing to pay attention and explain the necessary details about such important matters.

I guess it would be "fine" for someone very new to the world of class-struggle, social disparity, and inequality.

it is very simplistic, but trying to read Marx's speaches on this topic are nigh on impossible. There are about 5 sentences per page!
