The world community sets all these targets for the developed world to help the developing world, but really what will they do? There's no way that conservative western governments give a shit about LEDC's and the targets are set low with this in mind. This lets the west set innadequate targets for improvement, so even if they do meet them, the aid they give will be nowhere near enough.

Really we need to stop just complaing, and saying how bad this is - any one can do that. We need to show the people that it is class oppression that is causing this - the borgeoise in the third world never starve do they? Untill people realise that it is class power that causes poverty, they will carry on believing the lies of their capitalist politicians that they will do something about it.
