I was, last monday on BBC breakfast news, despatch box and all of the broadsheet newspapers (Britian). I was invited along with 5 other young people to give evidence to the joint committee for human rights on the need for a childrens rights commissioner. I made history for being one of the first young person to give evidence to a parlimentry committee. I was wandering if anyone saw me, i was the dude with long hair, rainbow flares and a red star shirt,my name is FRED TYSON-BROWN, that was me. DID YOU SEE ME?

A commisioner by the way would be a non-party member of parliment who would include children in the 'democratic' process (if we can call this democracy)

What would be cool would be a link to the photo if it is online. Otherwise, no I didn't see it.

Really?? You were on THAT?? Wow...for those not lucky enough to live upon these shores, Leftover and his ilk were in all the papers, although some righties were derrogatery. Congrats indeed, kiddo...
sweet, we should attend more such televised debates, easiest way to get our viewpoints across, especially if we are good speakers.

Cheers guys, it was cool. And I love my rainbow flares, but i did look like a dick on wheels, i kept messimg with my bloody hair. Any how, show your support and publicize the need for a childrens rights commisioner. If you dont know what one is, just go to our website at www.rhrn.org.uk
you may see me in a few pics, but i have some of me on tv, i will try and get them up, if someone tells me how to paste pictures into a post!

I was on Homicide: Life on the Streets, the best show of the 1990's, the best "black" show ever, and one of the best television shows ever. So you're still not as cool as me. :) But congratulations on your newfound fame.

I was just as extra. I wasn't a murder victim or anything, unfortunately. But I would have loved to seduce Bayliss or Pembelton! I don't remember the exact name or number of the episode, but it was in the second-to-last season when Pembelton was still around but Howard had already left and Ballard and Falsone were already there. (The two of them sent the show on a downward spiral, but it was Michael Michele who put the final nail in the show's coffin. What the hell were the producers thinking?)
By the way, I'm not sure if you get Entertainment Weekly in China, but Clark Johnson is featured in the current issue as the hottest actor-turned-director. And there's a new show on Premium Cable (I forget what it's called) about cops in Baltimore. There's no way it can be as good as Homicide, but I'm still trying to find a tape of it so I can check it out.

My favorite character is of course the pot smoking stand-up comic guy who's name I can't remember ;)
It's been many years since I saw the show, so I missed it's downward spiraling years.
Anyway, I must say your avatar these days kicks ass! I love Mayor Barry, because he is the only mayor of a major American city that has actually been caught smoking crack with an underage hooker, I rolled on the floor laughing my ass off at that one ;)
The fact that his first words to the media were " '***** SET ME UP!!!!" contributes to my appreciation of the ghetto mayor ;)

The character was Detective Munch, and his name in real life is Richard Belzer.
I'm glad you like my avatar. Of course, it breaks my heart that, now that I'm five years too old to be considered underage, I may no longer be the mayor's underage crackwhore of choice. I read in The Washington Post that 2/3 black people would vote for Barry again, or something like that. My roommate Adam (Pillar of Maturity) and I were thinking up slogans for his campaign. Our favorite: He may have smoked crack, but we still want him back!
