I once knew a cute girl from Wisconsin. Does she count?
But seriously, (though the above was serious), I've never heard anyone say they were from Wisconsin here, though why would anyone?

Damn, I thought this was going to be about the Crucifucks album Wisconsin.
What a great band - Doc has such a unique voice, and such delightful taste for violence. "I wanna take the President, chop off his head, and mail it to them in a garbage bag!"
No, seriously though, Wyoming sucks. I helped a kid stack fire wood.
(I confess, I enjoyed stacking fire wood and he was good company, even if he didn't know where Nova Scotia was . . . or that there was a world outside of rural America)

I'm from Minnesota (where I can assure Milwaukee is not), so we are neighbors then, I geuss. I can also assure you that MY geography is not nearly as bad as that. Plus, my state does not suck.

I’m wondering why you asked this question.
Yes, I am from Madison WI and now living in San Francisco CA.
For the ignorant people who somehow found a way into this forum:
You are talking about a community that hosts one of the leading institutions
in the nation for educational quality and who activism and world influence rivals
that of Berkeley and San Francisco. Madison alone has only produced
Six Rhodes scholars, Seventeen Nobel Prizes winners and 29 Pulitzer Prizes winners.
Now how does that “blow” or "suck"?
Why is the Midwest such a mystery to so many people?
