Me and a few comrades of mine have noted a few construction sites around the place, we want to go over there and post some flyers encoraging the contruction workers to join the IWW, with information of what it is and where they can look to join. Anyone know of any nice flyers we could print out and use?

IWW Graphics (http://www.iww.org/graphics/)
Have a root through them and you might find some some flyers, otherwise just make some yourself with the graphics there.

Are you IWW members? If not, you should contact your local General Membership Branch. It doesn't make much sense to tell others to join something you are not a part of yourself and may not have real knowledge of.

Hmm, well we are just students, so I don't know if we can join or not....
I've read alot of IWW's constitution and other writings, the idea was just to get workers aware of it if they aren't already.

You can certainly join, and I would encourage you to do so if you find yourself in agreement with what we stand for. I don't really think it would be good for non-members to go out on their own like that.

Great, I guess I'll print out membership forms for my freinds and I instead first then, anyways, I'll tweak around with those images for some flyers we can use in future time then.
Would I put for the "Occupation" section of the application form; "Student" then?

You can actually join online or through a local delegate. I'm not sure what you'd but as your occupation, you should contact GHQ and ask:
