Why did Che Guevara fail to incite a revolution in Bolivia?

He underestimated the situation there I think, also got betrayed by the Communist Party there, in which Mario Monje (that was his name right?) distanciated himself fully from this revolution.

Furthermore, when the US found out Che was in Bolivia they send out many advisors and soldiers to train the Bolivian military to capture El Che.

But do you think that Che's actions had any effect on Bolivia after his death?

The pro-Soviet communist party in Bolivia refused to cooperate with the guerillas.

The most important factor, as I see it, was the lack of support from the peasentry.

They were encircled by about 1,800 soldiers, backed by Rangers, Green berets, CIA operatives, helicopters etc.

As I see it, there was nothing wrong with the guerilla. It was a very effective organization. They did a good job. It's just that, sometimes, in guerilla warfare, being exterminated is very difficult to avoid.
