HELP SOUTH OF USA PEOPLE GET HIGHER-INCOME。

In a way it is, but Im not sure how many people want to work harder with agriculture when it already tiring enough.

The people of south america have more money, but large amounts of it are being taken by people who are profiting from all their labor.

Any thoughts?

I don't think cotton will revive the South's economy - I think the South has shifted away from plantation economy since, well, the American civil war.
