if any of you have heeded my recent advice and have gotten up to date on the situation in Venezuela then you should know that Hugo is in trouble again. The capitalist run media has recently released a video tape of a handful of HOODED MEN, who claim to be high military officials, warning the public and the president that they are planning another coup and this time if any Chavez supporters come to the rescue they will be killed.
the government and the military are calling this a phoney tape made by the TV stations (who were the instigators of the US backed April coup attempt) in order to terrorize the public, intimidate Chavez supporters and continue to destabilize the government.
Chavez .... (a close personal friend of Fidel's) has recently asked Jimmy Carter to help with negotiations with his psychopathic money grubbing oponents.

check out the bbc and www.granma.cu for some good articles on the subject.
write your congresspersons if you think it will help... write your local newspaper... get informed....read IN THE SHADOW OF THE LIBERATOR..... go to venz. fight for our fellow lefty.
i spent the last 18 months there. I was there during the coup. It is dangerous.... but damn is it fun!!!!!!!

VIVA CHAVEZ
VIVA LA REVOLUCION BOLIVARIANA
VENCEREMOS!!!!!!

Thanks Lacha. I have been keeping close watch of events there for the last couple of years. I can't find the articles you refer to. I need to read them in the English edition. If you could tell me where they're located, I'd appreciate it.

But I thought voting was the best way to effect change!? Isn't democracy the only real way to pave a path for the proletariat!? Dude, I'm like so totally disillusioned now and shit.

Hey anti-revolutionaries, your faith in democracy is a sham as long as money buys influence, and the bourgeousie elite have all the money. Welcome to the real world. Sucks don't it?

Thanks for that Lacha :)

I might be crazy but Che's message is still relevant. Hey, imagine that.
