I think this covers Dylan's "best" albums. So what do you guys think?

I think it's difficult to even consider any album outside of Crime Pays When Pigs Die.

I take it back: We Are All Jews and Germans

Er . . . I like the "Like A Rolling Stone" 45RPM single. A lot.

Anohter side of Bob Dylan is my favorite with my two favorite Dylan songs :My backpages and chimes of freedom. But its tough choice because most of Dylans albums are good(excluding the religiuos era) and many are exelent. Another excelent Album(IMO atleast) you left out of your list was Street Legal

I'd have to say Blood On The Tracks, with Desire a close second.

Out of all of my Dylan albums, Highway 61 Revisited is still my favorite.

They're not great, but they have a few stand-out tracks like "Christians Crack Diary," "Nation of Sheep," and "In On Your Joke." I'm not particularly into them. I actually don't know what made me think of that album.

No, seriously, I love that 45RPM Single. I left it my parent's because I don't have a turn-table here in Montreal, but, in terms of full albums, I prefer think I prefer his earlier, solo-accousticy stuff.

Also, speaking of 60s folk: Hedgehoppers Annonymous?

I'd say his "Kind of Blue" album, Highway 61. One of those where the staff on the album (Kooper, Bloomfield) AUTOMATICALLY makes it great, but it gets better than that, even.

I'd say 2nd is Love and Theft, though.

ricky has it. though i enjoy blonde on blonde, highway 61 revisited and nashville skyline very very very much. there´s something about dylan that makes him good roadtrip music. lots of experience there in those songs. they´re wise.

I only recently started listening to his 70s stuff, and it's still kinda settling in. I'm much more used to his early stuff. It grew on me. What can I say? But Blood on the Tracks is indeed amazing.

Freewheelin' Bob Dylan, a little cliche I would assume, but still a really nice album. second would be Blood on the Tracks
