No folks, these are not the same sort of 'civilian prison camps' as say, Alcatraz. Auschwitz might be a better comparison.

Who will these civilians be? What exactly will they have to do?

I don't like the sound of this at all though. Labor camps . . . if only this were posted in Socialism vs. Capitalism instead, perhaps our good friend Capitalist could compare them to "communist slavery".
