Does anyone know how they opperate? Meaning, who nominates their presidential candidates? Do they have a membership of some form? Do they have a politburo or board and are they elected? just wondering.

I think a frank appraisal of how each political group (not only socialist or anarchist) operates would be incredibly useful here. On an ongoing basis too. The only question would be: could we always get past the inevitable flamewars??

Every party and every political individual have their good and bad points -- both personally and politically -- and this is almost always overlooked, especially when someone has an ax to grind. A 'naughty or nice' balance sheet should be 'de rigeur' for any discussion of anyone or anything.
(It's the dialectical thing to do. for that matter...) One-sidedness is for the birds -- and the bourgeoisie.

I'd be very interested to find out what knowledgeable komradz think about Workers World (and Sam Marcy...)

Here is a thread about the recent split in the Workers' World Party...but it's mostly written from a Maoist perspective, so it's questionable.
