We should do it!! With so many musicians we should have a bash!! Is there anyway we could email separate tracks to each other and then some clever sod could mix them and voila we have a band!! We could have the first internet band!!


So we'll need:
Guitar- Me!!
Bass
Keyboards???
Drums
Rhythm guitar
and of course vocals

We could have quite a few guitars...

I can do some lead and some rhythm...It SEEMS a nice idea but we need someone who can do over-dubbing, and everyone'll need a way of getting their parts online...I can do mine but it means recording it to cassette at one guy's house, getting the cassette, going to school and getting another person to put it on CD THEN waiting for him to get it back to me.

And yes, please cut me some slack, I'm pretty smart for a 13 year old...(especially where I live...most 13 year olds are crack head thugs who think they're either gangsters, pimps, or beautiful prostitutes).

I ain't too knowledgeable about music (I am for a 13 year old if you saw some of my friends...one has never heard of Led Zep or The Kinks) but I write some pretty good songs, riffs, etc. I am THE next guitar god (well...not really.,..the other guy in my band is much better...he's 13 and can do the Sweet Child O' Mine solo)!

I also read books which most people my age don't...I know 2 people who read a lot of books and that's it.I also made several web sites with forums, etc...I'm in top set maths, second in Science and top set in most subjects (basically all the arts...mainly because if you're intop set for english, you're in top set for music, art, history, etc). So I ain't so stupid...I just act it

As soon as I can get Audacity to work I can mix stuff. But it will have to be next year. How &#39;bout the ones who are playing work on tunes and songs. Practice them and send the files around. Then when you all agree that you have something, I (or whoever) can mix &#39;em.

So yea, I reckon for safety&#39;s sake this should be done over email... I don&#39;t yet have any of my own recording equipment yet but its on my christmas list and even if I can&#39;t get one I can write out the tabs for someone and email that to them.


Plus: To the other 13 year old dude: Do you live in a world where one of your best friends always used to hit you? Do you mosh so hard you see things? That kinda stuff will kill braincells which makes me dumb.
