What do think about the government in Cuba?
Please pour out your mind about the current state of socialism in Cuba.

My view is that cuba is not even near socialism, but t is still the best, most just proletariat inspired government

Another question I have is why Che, Fidel, and Raul couldn't properly set up the "perfect government"

probably had to do with the fact that cuba was not industrialized

No, luckily they were industrialized enough. Even if they weren't the USSR helped them get there fast without stalinist tactics.

The main problem was the threat of attack by the US.

My god the USSR was such a huge help to Cuba (not to mention so many other communist revolutions and governements). I think it was 2 billion dollars a year (a lot in that time) to Cuba. When the blockade began and the Soviet Union collapsed, it was almost lights out for Cuba.

....u can thank Canada and Mexico for helping out the cuban economy when the US started threatening them.

..So says Fidel castro, a friend of the Canadian people.
