If I understand it correctly, Chuck Watson is the CEO of a big company and was going to have his company be the sponsor for OSU's new football stadium but can not because he resigned for whatever reason?

If this is true, this is just business as usual. This is the way our country operates. People have no understanding of the forces that guide our culture and our economy. The vast majority believes in the American Dream and individualism. If Chuck Watson can make millions he is successful, right? That's the reward and we can strive to be like Chucky. This is the mentality of people. People feel sorry for the billionaire who looses all his money but walk by the homeless guy on the street and wish they did not even have to see him. That, in essence, is what is wrong with this country. The distribution of wealth is completely fucked up. Not only that, "we" do not even percieve that inequality as a bad thing--we just blame those that don't have for not working hard enough.

I'm not sure if I am a true socialist or just a left winger but the distribution of wealth needs to change. The sick need treatment, the hungry need food, and the homeless need homes. That is rather basic. If thats socialist, so be it.
