India and pakistan are fighting for kashmir and are said topanning on using nucular waepons. what is going on? anyone shed some light on this really terrifying problem?

It is a possibilty, but still, I doubt they would go that far. They have been fighting over Kashmir for years, nuclear weapons haven't been a real threat in Kashmir. What I do think is going to happen, is a massive ground war in Northern India. Over a million troops are mobilized and ready to fight, so both India and Pakistan are on a hair-trigger.

Yes, they both have nukes. I do not believe that either side will use them because to use them would mean their own distruction. If one side pulls the triggor the other side will nuke them back. What I think will continue to happen is a further escalation of what is going on now, minus the nukes.

I am also quite sure that they won't use nuclear weapons. They wouldn't just destroy Kashmir but they would also destroy their own people and their land. The influence of nuclearn weapons is not around 1 square kilometer! They can't be that stupid, hopefully they'll come to a decent conclusion.

I don't think that's even possible for India or Pakistan to use nuclear power. Both countries are under American influence what means that they will not use nukes unless U$A says different.

Europe can not unite against U$A because Europe is totally controlled by the U$A. It looks hopeless, but still, we have to raise our fist against it and to oppose U$A every day, with every our move. So, don't go to McDonald's, don't drink Coca-Cola, don't by Nike products, in one word, do not support U$A.

Well if i was planning to visit india or pakistan in the near future i just wouldn't, if you have seen any interviews with representatives from both sides you will see how childish they both are. As for them using their nukes, niether side will rule out using them all together so if the situation esculates we could witness the first real two sided nuclear conflict. As for uniting against america, if only!

Indias military spends $13billion a year. pakistans military spends $2.4billion a year. as you can see india could very easily invade kashmir .If india ever tried to invade Kashmir pakistan would destroy india using nukes then india would distroy pakistan with there nukes. Both countries are to scaired to do anything so i think they'll eventually just back off and kashmir will just be divided equally between india and pakistan.

kashmir should be independent.but now the most people are muslim and want to be a part of pakistan.the pakistan part of kashmir is allready somewhat autonome.there should be a referendum,so the people can make a choice.

Nuclear war betweent the two powerful nuclear states seems to be a growing threat, every day. Today, India announced plans to fire large nuclear sized missles, but without nuclear capabilities. Pakistan could not differentiate between these missles and actual nuclear missles which would definitly prompt a nuclear battle and quite probably the start of world war 3.

I dont think we should completly rule out the possibility of nuclear war.

India/Pakistan are closer to Nuclear war than the western media is leading on. This is going to make the Cuban Missile Crisis look like cheesecake!

the odds of nuclear weapons being used are virtually non-existent. the other countries would be too sensitive to sit by and watch this escalate into a nuclear war.
