No offense or something,(yeah I'm tolerant cause we have the same age :)), but you're a member here since 18 Aug 2003 and you don't know the difference? What are you doing here then? Why don't you just look for the answer in Wikipedia?(again I don't want to offend you). Many can answer but it'd be better to find the answer on your own.
apathy maybe

Also there are lots of threads around. Goto theory and do a search for the topics (but spell them right Leninism, Stalinism, Marxism and Communism).
But very quickly, Marxists promote and believe in the writings of Marx. Leninists do the same with Lenin and Stalinists the same with Stalin. Communists, well talk to a few and you'll find that they believe different things. Marxists, Leninists and Stalinists will all generally claim to be Commnunists.
(It is easier to just look at Anarchism, http://www.che-lives.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=28053)

Instead of trying to explicate the fundamental differences between, Leninism, Stalinism, Marxism and communism -- it would be "best, in my belief, to have a sound understanding of them -- which would -- in reflection make clear some of the complexities and simplexes regarding the above ideologies.
Marxism is a very complicated subject matter; Marx has written quite a lot in differing felids of knowledge, including, sociology, economics, philosophy, historicism, etc. But your question, it would seem, is more of a question about social change and how the differing opinions and beliefs and how their (ism's) going to get to socialism and communism.
I would suggest to have a look at Che-lives Theory forum. Were your answers will run plentiful!

Why do you even bother to trouble yourself by posting brainless, of no consequence posts?
You're foolish posts are sure to lead to slight mortification, impassiveness and a lack of interest -- regarding the questioner.
What are you doing here then?
Learning I'd imagine; it seems that you could do with a prescribed amount of knowledge, to cure you from those reckless comments.

If you saying that out of embarrassment or loss of composure because of Beatle Kat's quasi-response, you need not do.
You asked a perfectly intelligible question, concerning the difference (at least in name) between political ideologies.
Don't repudiate what you said, if indeed you did say it; for now you're on the road to understanding "opposing ideologies".
